Terms & Conditions

General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made directly with Soho Heritage House Chinatown or through any third‑party platform. By completing a reservation, guests agree to these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Guests must be 18 years or older to book.

  • A valid ID is required at check‑in.

  • Full payment is required to confirm non‑refundable bookings.

  • Prices may vary by season, availability, and platform.

3. Check‑In & Check‑Out

  • Check‑in: 4:00 PM

  • Check‑out: 11:00 AM

  • Early check‑in or late check‑out may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.

4. House Rules

  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

  • No smoking inside the property.

  • No parties, events, or unregistered guests.

  • Guests must follow all posted house rules and instructions provided before arrival.

5. Damage & Security

  • Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after check‑out.

  • Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged to the payment method on file.

  • A security deposit of 5,000 THB is required 

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Non‑refundable bookings cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

  • Flexible bookings (if offered) follow the cancellation window stated at the time of booking.

  • No refunds for no‑shows, early departures, or travel disruptions.

7. Guest Responsibilities

  • Keep the property secure by locking doors and windows when leaving.

  • Use appliances, furniture, and amenities safely and responsibly.

  • Report any issues or maintenance needs promptly.

8. aCCESSIBILITY & BUILDING STRUCTURE

  • Soho Heritage House Chinatown is a heritage shophouse with steep staircases and no elevator. All rooms are accessible only by stairs. The property may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges, elderly guests, or those requiring step‑free access. By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept these building conditions.

9. Liability

  • Soho Heritage House is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • Guests stay at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety.

10. Host Access

  • The host may enter the property for urgent repairs, safety concerns, or maintenance, with reasonable notice whenever possible.

11. Privacy

  • Guest information is used only for reservation management, communication, and legal compliance. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

12. Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking and staying at Soho Heritage House Chinatown, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
